Staff were placed on-site within four weeks of receiving the request and remained on the project for 18 months.

A large construction firm needed a solution to source, test, and onboard skilled workers in an area experiencing a shortage of skills. Candidates with the required expertise were in extremely high demand, and the usual sources for staff were either too expensive or unavailable. Leveraging its global network, VHR was able to explore alternative markets to find the right talent and facilitate their placement on the project with full visas and work rights.

VHR&rsquo;s global talent network sourced candidates from five different locations to meet the client's specific needs for skills and qualifications.
