Danny’s Business Journey
Danny had a vision of a collaborative recruitment organisation that essentially acts as an extension of client HR departments. This approach would provide a true understanding of client business and culture, enabling us to deliver the best possible bespoke services and grow along with our clients.
Since launching VHR in 2003, our company has grown to 90 people across 7 global offices and achieves a £35million annual turnover. We have helped over 9,000 candidates find jobs and currently work with over 200 clients.
Our decade-long client partnerships include three global airlines and a European Formula One team, and our first client is still a client 16 years later.
In 2018 VHR received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade and Danny was named Global Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors (IoD).
