Over the past decade, the Recruiter Awards have been dedicated to honouring the finest individuals and organisations in the field of recruitment. These prestigious awards acknowledge the outstanding achievements within the recruitment sector, shining a spotlight on the trailblazers and pioneers who have made remarkable contributions to the industry in the previous year.

The ’Best Candidate Care’ Award identifies those in the industry who have an exceptional ingenuity, efficiency, and adaptability, as well as their deep market understanding, innovative approaches, and exceptional service when it comes to providing exemplary support and treatment to candidates and applicants. The Best Candidate Care Award will focus on those agencies who add remarkable value to their business partnerships and associations via candidates.

The ’Best Client Service’ Award acknowledges recruitment firms that excel in delivering exceptional service by successfully securing staff and candidates for clients across various sectors. These firms are recognised for their outstanding creativity, effectiveness, market insight, and innovative approaches that contribute to providing exemplary and profitable service to their clients.

Furthermore, the ‘Best Contractor Service’ Award recognises those who excel in delivering exceptional service by successfully securing staff and candidates for clients across various sectors. The award also reflects those who have gone above and beyond to provide contractors working with them with comprehensive and current information regarding their tax affairs and requirements, thereby adding an extra level of value to these professional connections.

The ’Best International Recruitment Agency’ Award pushes for recognition towards recruitment companies who are recognised for delivering exceptional service by offering recruitment solutions in a minimum of two countries outside the UK and Ireland. To qualify for this award, a substantial portion of the business operations must be derived from this activity, with at least 25% of revenue or a minimum of 20 staff dedicated to supporting these endeavours.

The ‘Best Temporary Recruitment Agency’ Award showcases the exceptional proficiency in delivering a first-class service through recruitment solutions within the temporary sector. VHR were eligible as a substantial part of our companies’ operations are devoted to this sector.

Lastly, we were shortlisted for the ‘Recruitment Agency of the Year – Small’. This award is bestowed to the agency that attains the most remarkable business achievement or a series of accomplishments within the year.
