The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic new Sales/Business Development focussed recruitment professional to join our Team at our Abu Dhabi Office. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in an award-winning international business.

The VHR group is a multi-award winning technical recruitment business, headquartered in London, supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to our clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Civils & Infrastructure, and Marine sectors.
VHR currently employs 65 members of staff across its 8 offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Abu Dhabi, Bologna, Prague, Leipzig and Nicosia and generates a turnover of over £40M annually. The Company’s medium-term aims are to grow to 90+ staff and £85M annual turnover.
The Role:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of Construction and Civils and Infrastructure Clients.
• Build and Develop existing relationships and clients within Construction/Civils and Infrastructure clients
• Identify and Build new sales opportunities within the Construction and Civils and Infrastructure sectors utilising detailed research on market research and knowledge.
• As the position grows, leading and training new members of the account team
• Attending client meetings within the GCC
• Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
• Marketing and promoting a portfolio of recruitment services by assisting in the design of relevant sales collateral and through attendance at industry events in the UK and Europe
• Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional services
• Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature with marketing and the bid team
• Managing your own diary in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly and monthly goals
The Individual:
• Deep knowledge and network of the Construction and Civils and Infrastructure sectors, particularly within the Middle East
• Proven experience of working in a recruitment role specialising within these sectors
• Previous experience in a Sales/business development role in the Middle East
• Experience in cold calling clients / headhunting candidates and candidate management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Results orientated
• Very good organisation skills and high attention to detail
