As Divisional Director of Engineering and Technical at VHR, I have an extensive range of responsibilities within the company ranging from coaching and mentoring to divisional budgeting and forecasting.
I oversee business development activities across VHR’s four core sectors, Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Defence Engineering and Marine.
I really enjoy the fact that no two days are the same for me. One day, I could be providing on the job feedback and training to Consultants. The next day I could be attending a tradeshow in Paris. The day after, I could be putting together an entire recruitment blueprint for a new venture.
As VHR has a collaborative ethos, the business development and delivery teams work closely with marketing, finance, compliance and HR to ensure high levels of service and a consistent brand experience across all areas of our business.
